- Here in Blush Kids AU, we post orders through Australia Post’s Express Shipping services. Cost will be a flat rate of $10.95 excluding insurance and $12.95 with added insurance. Australia Post’s Express Shipping has an expected parcel delivery time of around 3-4 business days from dispatch. An Australia Post Tracking number will be e-mailed once order has been dispatched by our team. Another posage option is $7.95 Australia Post’s Standard Shipping services excluding insurance, $9.95 with insurance with delivery time of 7-10 business days after dispatch.
- We are using Australia Post for delivery within Australia, please refer to their Australia Post Delivery Estimator for a more accurate delivery times. Don’t forget to add 1-3 business days to process your order on top of the delivery times.

Delivery Terms & Conditions
- Blush Kids AU will not be held liable for missing parcels brought about by Australia Post. Insured parcel is an option at checkout, please check terms of Australia Post prior to ordering.
- All affiliated process with regards to delivery must be communicated between the customer and Australia Post.
- ONLY INSURED PARCELS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND IN OUR STORE. (Only the amount unrefunded by Australia Post.)
- If your parcel is not collected in time and it is "returned to sender" to us, a charge of $10.00 will be issued to you to resend out this parcel.
- If you make a mistake with your postal address, Blush Kids AU can not guarantee any amendments once your order has been confirmed and processed. However, we will try and change it on our end but cannot promise this will be actioned before shipping occurs.
- For ‘Next business day’ delivery, please refer to the Australia Post website whether you are part of the next business day guarantee network.
- Blush Kids AU will not be held responsible for any theft or damage if you provide us with an authority to leave your parcel at an unattended address. All risk in the parcel will remain with you upon delivery and Blush Kids AU will not offer a replacement or refund for any loss or damage as a result of selecting to leave your parcel without a signature.
- We will do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, Blush Kids AU will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
- All parcels are tracked. However, Blush Kids AU will not be held liable due to Australia Post's delivery services: missing packages, late delivery, etc. All of our packages are insured for a maximum of $100. Should you wish to add insurance, please contact us prior to purchasing
